Betty Fee

Betty May Fee, age 77, of Bristol, TN formerly of Harlan passed away Tuesday, June 03, 2014 at her home following a long illness. She was born February 10, 1937 in Harlan Co., KY to the late George and Catherine Sargent Collins. She was formerly employed by Ackley’s Café and Townsite Restaurant both located in Harlan and was of the Church of God faith.

Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her brothers Dewey, James, and Charles Collins; sisters Georgia Davis, Dorothy Pruitt, and Juanita Hendrickson.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Frank Fee, of Bristol TN, her son, Arnold Fee and wife, Tracy, of Bristol, TN, sister, Cledia Rigney, of Lexington, KY, 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and a beloved pet, her dog, Baby.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 5, 2014 from 5 to 7PM at Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral will follow at 7PM in the chapel of Mount Pleasant with Rev. Jerry Collins officiating. Burial will be Friday, June 6, 2014 at 11AM at Resthaven Cemetery with friends and family serving as pallbearers.
