Carolyn McKinney, age 64, of Harlan passed away January 10, 2015 at her home following a long illness. She was born March 12, 1951 in Harlan, KY to the late Charles Lowe and Billie Mae Shephard.
Left to mourn her passing is her son, Daniel Miller and wife, Dani, of Harlan, daughter Tina Middleton and fiancé, Richard Coots, of Harlan, son, Kevin Miller and wife, Jenny, of Harlan, stepson, Ray Ray Miller of Baxter, grandchildren, David Lee Stewart, Donavan Miller, Lea Miller, Rome Meade, Dustin Massingale, and Cory Miller; brothers, Harley Lowe of Florida and Raymond Lowe of Harlan and sister, Alta Lowe of Harlan.
A private memorial will be held at a later date.
