Carrie Lou Howard

Carrie Lou Howard, age 84 of Harlan passed away Friday June 23, 2017 at the University of Kentucky hospital. She was born June 18, 1933 to the late Andy and Ulla Campbell. She worked for 50 years at the Harlan National Bank and a member of the Rosspoint Church of Christ.
She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother James Campbell and sisters, Sally Scott, Labata Williams, Dennie Mae Farmer.
She leaves to mourn her passing her loving husband Murph Howard, a nephew David Williams, Great Nephews Andrew and Steven Williams, Great-Great-Niece Yolanda and husband Jimmy Young and Great-great-great niece and nephew Sidney and Dillion Young and a very special friend Dorothy Wilder Howard.
Visitation will be on Monday June 26, 2017 from 12-2 PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral will follow at 2 pm with the reverend Phil Greene officiating. Interment will be in the Wilder Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
