Chase Madison Brock, 7, of Bledsoe, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2016.
Madison is preceded in death by his grandfather, Samps Brock.
He is survived by his parents, Henry Brock and Alexis Marie Brock; Brother, Dustin Donovan Brock; Grandparents, Beatrice Brock and Phillip and Lyda Duzan. Aunts and Uncles, Opsie (Ruban) Whitehead of Bledsoe, Danny (Regina) Brock of Putney, Glenda (Donnie) Watkins of Wallins, Paul (Sarah) Brock of Stinkin Creek, Glenn Duzan and Vester (West) Duzan; Nieces, Leah and Willow Brock.
Visitation will be Thursday, June 30, 2016 at Ferndale Pentecostal Church in Pineville, KY from 5PM until the Funeral Service. The Funeral will be Saturday, July 2, 2016 at the Church beginning at 1 PM. Walter Brock and Douglas Napier will be officiating. Burial will follow at Brock Cemetery in Dry Fork.
