MR. Clayton McCoy
August 30, 1932 — February 13, 2016
Mr. Clayton McCoy, age 83, of Wallins, KY passed away on February 13, 2016 at Holston Valley Hospital in Kingsport, TN. Mr. McCoy was a retired truck driver for the coal industry.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Milton and Bessie Walker McCoy; brothers, Dennis and Earl; sisters, Ernie, Jewel and Evelyn.
Mr. McCoy is survived by his wife Lorene McCoy; son, Jimmy McCoy; brother, Woodrow McCoy; sister, Daisy Fae Shoemaker and grandchildren, James Dalton and Emily Mae McCoy.
Visitation for Mr. McCoy will be held in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 from 5PM until 8PM.
Funeral services will be on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 1PM in the chapel with the Rev. Lee Mahan
Burial will follow in the Park Howard Cemetery in Wallins, KY.
Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
