Jackie Bailey, 60, passed away October 27, 2019 at Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital with family by his side. He was born to the late Thomas and Helen Napier Bailey on June 10, 1959.
Mr. Bailey is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Bill Bailey.
Jackie is survived by his loving Wife, Jackie Kelly; Children, Tommy Bailey and Sasha McCullers, James Bailey, Tonya Roberts and Husband Jimmy, Marsha Powers and Husband George; 8 Grandchildren; Brothers, John Bailey, Thomas Wayne Bailey, James Bailey and Wife Brenda; Sisters, Connie Burkhart and Husband John and Jennifer Summer and Husband Steve.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 2, 2019 from 12PM to 3PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 3 PM also in the Chapel. Burial will be at Day – Jackson Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Military Honors will be provided by Harlan Honor Guard.
In Lieu of flowers the family asks to please make donations to the funeral expenses.
