Jewell Stewart, 72, of Baxter, answered God’s call at her home surrounded by family on March 5, 2017. She was born to the late Joe and Polly Dean in the year of 1944.
Mrs. Stewart is preceded in death by her parents; Husband, Arthur D. Stewart; Sister, Anna Sue Satterfield; Brother, Silas Dean.
Jewell is survived by her loving children, Benny (Patricia) Stewart, Paula (Bobby) Stewart, Arthur Stewart JR., Violet (Tommy) Watkins and Emory Stewart; Brother, Paul (Pam) Dean; Sisters, Janice (Alex) Stewart, Yvon Stewart, Elosie Dean, Mildred Wynn, Penny (Wayne) Middleton and Mary (William) Jones; A host of Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday March 8, 2017 at the Jones Creek Church of the Living God from 11AM until the funeral hour on Friday March 10, 2017 at 1PM. Pastor Paul Dean will be officiating. Burial will follow at Stewart Family Cemetery in Baxter.
