John (Butch) Taylor

John D. (Butch) Taylor, 70, of Harlan, passed away September 19, 2017 at The Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital after a long illness. John was born to the Late George and Jenny Taylor in the year of 1947. He worked for L&N Railroad for several years as an engineer and was a U.S. Veteran.
John is preceded in death by his Parents; Granddaughter, Daisy Artressa Taylor; Brothers, Terry Taylor, Mike Taylor, Troy Taylor and Jerry Taylor.
Mr. Taylor is survived by his Children, Johnny Darryl Taylor and Candace Taylor; Mother of his Children, Sheila Taylor Camargo; Grandchildren, Katelynn Thomas, Nathan Taylor, Eric Taylor and Damian Taylor; Brother, Sonny Taylor; A Host of Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles and dear Friends.
A Celebration of Life Service for family and friends will be Saturday September 23, 2017 at 1 pm in the Garrett family cemetery in Sawbriar, KY. Military honors will be given by the Harlan County Honor Guard.
