Judy Ann Shook Adkins, 67 of Teetersville, KY passed away on May 11, 2018 at Harlan ARH from a long illness.
Judy was born October 9, 1950 in Elcomb KY to the late Roy Shook and Pauline Click. She is preceded in death by her parents Roy Shook and Pauline Click, grandparents: Robert and Sarah Shook, Husband of 34 years Troy "Snowball" Adkins; Niece Amy Click, Nephew Anthony Click, Brother Steven Click; and great-great-great grandmother Flora "Granny" Shackelford.
Judy is survived by her daughter Katrina Lewis and husband Pear Jr; sister Barbara Helton of Winchester, KY; Grand children Troy Joseph Bennett of Rosspoint, KY and Connor Dewayne Adkins of Teetersville; Nephew Bobby Shook and wife Cathy of Winchester, KY nieces Ronda Brown and husband Ricky of Lexington, KY and Paula Helton of Winchester, KY. Also survived by great nephews Bradley Shook, Winchester; Nicholas Brown of Lexington, KY and great niece Kailyn Brown and also her fur baby Chance.
Visitation will be Tuesday May 15, 2018 from 5 pm to 9 pm in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Wednesday May 16, 2018 at 2 PM in the Chapel with Cody Collett officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
