Linda Sue Bowling

Linda Sue Bowling, age 64, of Wallins Creek, KY passed away June 3, 2015 at the Harlan ARH following a sudden illness. She was born September 23, 1950 in Harlan, KY to her parents, Elva Mae Baker Brock and the late Jack Brock. She was a housewife and believed in the Pentecostal faith.

Besides her father, she is preceded in death by daughter, Rachael Michelle Bowling, brother, Ronnie Brock, and sister, Mildred Sanders.

Survivors include mother, Elva Mae Baker Brock, husband, Mike Bowling, children, Michael L. (Angela Hensley) Bowling, Timothy Dean Bowling, and Joseph Brock all of Wallins Creek, KY. Grandchildren, Erica Edens, Kayla, Mason, and Gavin Bowling, Kyra Collinger, and Dakota Maggard. Brothers, Jack, Wayne, Johnny, Timmy, Joe, Danny, Gary, and James Brock, sisters Vickie (Casey) Simpson, Carolyn Brock Haywood, and Cathy Cottrell all of Wallins Creek.

Visitation will be Friday, June 5 from 5 to 7pm at Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral will follow at 7pm in the chapel of Mount Pleasant with Rev. Wayne Fugate officiating. Burial will be Saturday, June 6 at 1pm at the Park Howard Cemetery, Wallins Creek, with friends and family serving as pallbearers.
