Robin A. Pierce

Robin A. Pierce, age 46, of Dryden, VA went home to her Father on December 20, 2014. She was born January 13, 1968 in Ohio. Robin enjoyed being with family and friends. She took great pleasure in crocheting, doing crafts, and traveling. Her greatest joy in life was being a mother to her sons and a grandmother.
She is preceded in death by her father, Gordie L. Pierce, grandparents Henry (Pauleene) Pierce and grandmother, Ollie Dean Smith.
She is survived by her grandfather, Al (Jean) Smith of Harlan, mother Alene Smith Hinkle and stepfather, Dave Hinkle, of Dryden, VA, three children Shane (Amanda) English, Dylan (Brooke) English and Dallas English, all of Georgetown, IL, brother, Gordon (Lisa) Pierce of Florida, sister, Candice (Larry) Craft of IL, three granddaughters Natalie English, RaQuel Heath, and Kataleyah English, grandson Wesley English, ll, three nephews Anthony Pitmon, Blake Morman both of IL and Zach Pierce of FL, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be Wednesday, December 24 from 9 to 10:30AM at Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral will follow at 10:30AM in the chapel of Mount Pleasant with Pastor Roy Webb officiating. She will be laid to rest at the Hensley Cemetery, Smith, KY with friends and family serving as pallbearers.
