Ruth Howard

Ruth Howard, 75, of Harlan, passed away Thursday, May 16, 2019 at Tri-Cities Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born to the late Lawrence and Myrtle White Williams on August 5, 1943.
Ms. Howard is preceded in death by her parents; Husband, Garnett F. Howard; Sons, William Terry Howard and David Wayne Howard; Brothers, Fred Lee Williams, William T. Williams and Jackie Williams.
Ruth is survived by her loving Son, Garnett Howard and Wife Mary; Grandchildren, Brandon Lee Howard and Wife Charity and William Kevin Howard and Wife Kristin; Great Grandchildren, Kenzlee Howard, Gunner Bryce Howard, Jacelyn Howard, Brayden Howard and Bentley Howard; Sister, Debra Williams; A Host of Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends.
Visitation will be Saturday, May 18, 2019 from 1PM to 2PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 2PM also in the Chapel with Mitchell Burkhart Officiating. Burial will be at White Star Cemetery in Dayhoit with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
