Scott Meade, 47 of Lily, passed away Friday, October 2, 2020. He was born to Benjamin Meade and Thelma Allen Gross on August 22, 1973.
Mr. Meade is preceded in death by his Maternal Grandparents, James and Cora Allen and Paternal Grandparents Wilson and Laura Meade; Uncle, Rome Meade.
Scott is survived by his Mother, Thelma Gross and Husband Joe; Father, Benjamin Meade and Wife Teresa; Sons, Dylan Scott Meade and Wife Hannah LeeAnn and Payton Adams Meade; Granddaughter, Brynlee Meade; Sister, Sandy Deaton and Husband Todd; Brother, Larry Gross; Uncle, Pete Meade; Nephews, Cody Deaton and wife Kristin, Corey Deaton and Haleigh Poynter, Chase Gross and Darcyn Gross; Niece, Katanna Gross; A Special Friend, Michelle Sizemore; A Host of Aunts, Cousins and other relatives.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 6, 2020 from 11-1 PM with Funeral Services following at 1PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Spencer Burkhart and Kenny Clem will be officiating. Burial will be at 4PM at Wildcat Road Cemetery in Laurel County with Friends and Family serving as pallbearers.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions 50% of our capacity is required to be maintained at all times, face coverings are required to be worn during your visit to aid in the prevention of Covid-19 as Mandated by Kentucky's Governor Andy Beshear's Executive Order 2020-586.
