Mr. Seth Ian Barrett

Seth Ian Barrett, age 16 of Mount Vernon, KY, passed away October 18, 2017 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
Seth was a student angler at Rockcastle County High School, all around outdoorsman and he was employed by the Board of Education of Rockcastle County, Ballenger Farms and Bee Lick Farms.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Mossie and Kenneth Gross and Elbert and Shirley Barrett, Great Grandparents; Bobby (Joe) Turner, Cuma Powell, Virgil Powell, Virgil and Mary Barrett.
Seth is survived by his parents; Robin Dewayne and Christie Turner Barrett, brother; Andrew Duane Barrett and sister; Amber Elizabeth Barrett Clark and Husband Bo. Grandparents; Elizabeth Gross, Bill and Sandy Turner and Billy and Missy Broughton, Great Grandmother Maxine Turner and Several Aunts and Uncles also survive.
A celebration of life service will be held on Monday, October 23, 2017 beginning at 6 PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorial contributions can be made to the Rockcastle County High School Bass Fishing Team.
