Tina Howard, age 52 of Tazewell, TN, passed away July 21, 2016. She was born to the late Carl Noe Sr. and Patricia Noe.
Mrs. Howard is survived by her husband Johnny Howard; Children, Rebecca (Paul) Carmack, Jonathan (Brittany) Howard; Brother, Carl Michael (Carla) Noe; Sister, Burma (Charles) Saylor; Grandchildren, Payton, Rylan, Bryce and Jayce Carmack, Paytin, Presli, Paige and Paxton Howard. A host of nieces, nephews, friends and family also survive.
Visitation will be Sunday, July 24, 2016 in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home from 5PM to 7PM. Funeral services will be in the chapel Monday, July 25, 2016 at 1 PM. Michael Ringstaff and Jay Howard will be officiating.
