Tina (Rouse) Noe

Tina Marie (Rouse) Noe, 43, passed away peacefully at her home on January 18, 2017, she was born April 24, 1973. She was a native of Harlan, Kentucky and graduated from James A. Cawood in 1991. A devoted mother to Hayley Sue and Carl Edward (CJ) Noe III.
She was preceded in death by her Father Hayes H. Rouse and her precious twin children.
Grandparents, Bryd and Lucinda Blanton; Nick and Mary Rouse.
She leaves to cherish her memory,her Mother Brenda (Blanton) Rouse; three sisters Hazel Rouse Colinger (Keith); Haysetta Rouse Powell and Randi Rouse (Bill Harrison); a devoted friend Terrance Wendell Holliday; two nieces, five nephews, one great niece and one great nephew.
Also includes several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home on February 4, 2017 at 5:00 PM with Derek Eden officiating the service.
