Virgil Lee Napier, 91 of Gulston, passed away on April 15, 2020 at Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital.
Virgil was a retired welder, a Veteran of The United States Army and a member of the Pansy Missionary Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his Parents, Gilbert and Judy Scott Napier; His Wife, Vernice Miller Napier; Brothers, Columbus Napier and Elmer Napier; Sisters, Nora King, Opal Koch and Argielean Saylor.
Survivors include his Brother, Warren Napier of Gulston; Nieces, Delphine Deaton and Husband Jim of Morristown, TN, Kathy Miller of Jefferson City, TN, and Wenomi Sears of Pittsboro, IN; Nephews, Randall Napier and Wife Cindy of Cumberland Gap, Tn and Ronnie Napier and Wife Sharon of Tazewell, TN.
Due to Governor Andy Beshear’s Executive Order, given on March 17, 2020, and based on the CDC recommendations to decrease the spread of Covid-19, all services for Mr. Virgil Napier will be Private.
