Wanda Cooper Slaughter, age 69, of Springville, TN formerly of Bledsoe passed away peacefully Sunday April 14, 2019. She was born March 16, 1950 to the late Denver and Edna Cooper
Wanda is preceded in death by her Parents, her husband Michael Roy Slaughter, siblings: Franklin D. Cooper, Henry W. Cooper, Ray C. Cooper, Lonnie Cooper SR., Bob Cooper and Sudie Cooper Cole.
She leaves to cherish her memories her son Michael Slaughter and wife Gina of Westville, IN, brothers: Glen Cooper and wife Anna of Bledsoe, Donald Cooper and wife Ronda of Bledsoe, Michael Cooper of Bledsoe, sisters: Margie Sands and husband Bob of Springville, TN, Viola Cottrell of Harlan, Sister-in-Law: Patricia Cooper, a grandchild Andrew Reeves and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home on Wednesday April 17, 2019 from 4-8PM. Funeral service will be on Thursday April 18, 2019 at 11 AM, with Reverend Keith Coldiron officiating. Interment will follow in the Cooper Family Cemetery in Bledsoe with nephews, family and friends serving as pallbearers.
