William "Bill" Woodard

Mr. William “Bill” Woodard, age 52 of Harlan, passed away suddenly at his residence on Monday July 1, 2019. Bill was born January 9, 1967 to Hubert Woodard and Bonnie Rowe Cloud.
Bill is preceded in death by his Father, Hubert Woodard; Sister, Judy Hoskins and a Brother, Mark Woodard.
He leaves to cherish his memory his loving mother, Bonnie Rowe Cloud and husband Robert of Mary Alice; Sons, Kris Woodard of North Carolina and Austin Hill of Florida; Daughter, Kadedra Vick of Sunshine; Brothers, Danny Woodard of Harlan and Chuck Woodard of Harlan; Sisters, Debra Foley of Gulston, Jane Carmack of Barbourville, Renee Freeman and husband Brian of Evarts and Heather Woodard of Barbourville and special nieces and nephews Brady, Jazmine, Mercedes and Jayden Woodard, Courtney and Tyler Cozart, Kylee and Snapper and several more nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Sunday, July 7, 2019 from 3PM to 5PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 5PM with Willard Pace officiating. Burial will follow in the Day Jackson Cemetery with Family and Friends serving as Pallbearers
