Alvin Fee

February 11, 1950 — May 16, 2022

Alvin Fee, 72, husband of Edith June Fee, passed away peacefully, Monday, May 16, after a
long battle with Parkinson's Disease at Laurel Heights Nursing Home in London, KY. He was
born on February 11, 1950 to the late Denver and Cledith Fee in Harlan, KY. He was a Vietnam
veteran and retired from Fuller's Furniture and Medi-Home Care. He was a believer of the
Baptist faith and a member of Pansy Baptist Church. He loved working in his garden and was
an avid fan of UK basketball and football.
In addition to his Parents, he was preceded in death by two Sisters, Carolyn Thomas and
Earlene Jones and one Brother, Michael Fee.
He is survived by his Wife, Edith June Fee (London); one Step Daughter, Cindy Owens (James)
of Richmond, KY; one Step Son, Michael Chunco (Shana) of Newfane, NY; Three Brothers,
Carlos (Zetta) Fee, of Mason, OH, Dennis Fee of Chatsworth, GA, and Timothy Fee of
Chatsworth, GA; Four Sisters, Kathleen (Tom) Bentley of Middletown, OH, Alene Gross of
Beaver Dam, KY, Ruth Cantrell of Dalton, GA, and Sharon Fee of Bristol, VA; Three Step
Grandchildren, Aaron, Jadyn, and Conner Chunco, of Newfane, NY; Several Sister in laws,
Brother in laws, nieces and nephews will also mourn his passing.
Visitation will be held Friday May 20, 2022 from 11AM to 1PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will begin at 1PM with Bobby Joe Rouse officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery with Ray Smith, Anthony Nolan, Drew Nolan, Nick Rouse and James Owens serving as pallbearers. The Harlan County Honor Guard will be performing Military Honors.
