Charles Lee Travis Stamper, 27 of Barbourville, passed away after a tragic car accident on July 19, 2024. He was born to Melissa Bowman and the Late Larry “Bumper” Stamper on August 9, 1996. He was a member of Lifehouse Church of God in London. He was a construction worker by trade but his most important job to him was being a Daddy.
Mr. Stamper is preceded in death by his Father, Larry “Bumper” Stamper and his Aunt, Margaret Saylor.
Travis is survived by his Children, Charlotte Leanne Stamper, Emmett Lee Stamper and Garrett Ray Stamper; Mother of his children, Tamber Taylor; Girlfriend, Bethany Baird and her Children, Kardyn, Justin and Zayden; Mother, Melissa Bowman and Husband Jamie; Brother, Waylon Stamper; Sisters, Megan Eversole, Sierra Bowman, Desiree Bowman, Kristen Bowman and Kayleeona Stamper; Grandparents, Manilla and Tracy Saylor and Linda and Freddie Williams; Uncle, Jon Stamper and Wife Janice; He leaves behind many Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends who will also mourn his passing.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 23, 2024 from 5PM-8PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, July 24, 2024 at 1PM also in the Chapel with Eddie Elmore officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
