Kellie Ann (Ellis) Noe received her Heavenly reward on January 23, 2026. A devout woman of Christ and a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Niece and friend. Kellie was a light to many in her life. Kellie most cherished her family and friends and was known by everyone around her to have shared God’s love and glory wherever she went. Kellie was born to the late Carolyn and Bill Ellis of Baxter on June 8, 1967. Kellie grew up in the Rosspoint area of Harlan, living most of her life near her beloved family. Kellie was a registered nurse for 33 years, serving her patients with a kind of love that’s rarely found.
Kellie married the love of her life, Rocky Noe, on August 27, 2016. The two shared many adventures, laughs, and prayers together as they served the Lord and cherished one-another throughout their marriage. From serving in their church, to spending time with their beloved grandchildren, it was rare to see one without the other.
Kellie is preceded in death by her Parents, Carolyn and Bill Ellis and her Brother, Jeff Ellis; Grandparents, Paul and Ruth Ellis.
Kellie is survived by her loving Husband, Rocky Noe; Her boys and the lights of her life, Joshua (Michelle) Caldwell, Aaron (Ashley) Caldwell, Zachary (Dixie) Caldwell, and Matthew (Caitlyn) Noe; As well as her six Grandbabies that she poured her entire heart into, Isabelle, William, Carson, Raider, Colter, and Anniston; Her loving second mother, Tami Ellis; A special Aunt, Susan Hall; Cousins, Jennifer (Paul) Szollosi, Brittany (Austin) Petty and their children, Parker and Weston, Justin Bargo and a special Niece, Rebekah Taylor; Her loving In Laws, Danny and Sue Noe; Brother In Law, Stacy (Sue) Noe and Children, Chelsey, Max and Mason. She also had some very special friends that she considered Sisters, Kim Saylor, Mary Jo Shoemaker, Betty Jones, Jenelle Spurlock, and Cira Anderson, as well as a host of other loving friends and family who will mourn her passing.
Kellie was strong in her faith and a woman of Jesus Christ. Kellie believed in our Lord and was passionate about serving Him both in her home and in the church. Kellie was a Sunday school teacher, as well as served on the planning committee, and sang in the Praise and Worship team at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. She was also a faithful member of the women’s Sunday school group, where she found a strong village of friends who were more like family to her. Kellie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Visitation for Kellie will be on Thursday, January 29, 2026 from 4PM to 7PM at Friendship Baptist Church in Cawood. Funeral Services will begin at 7PM with Arnold Martin and Russell Shoemaker Officiating. A Private Burial will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026 at Day-Jackson Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Josh Caldwell, Aaron Caldwell, Zachary Caldwell, Matthew Noe, Austin Petty, A.D. Griffey and Scotty Bailey.
