Susie Hutchins, 60 of Harlan, passed away on January 6, 2026 at Pikeville Medical Center. She was born to the late James (Jim) Seals and Louise Spurlock Reynolds on September 7, 1965.

Susie is preceded in death by her Father, James (Jim) Seals and Grandparents, Maxine and Floyd Bray.

Susie is survived by her loving Husband, Charles Hutchins; Mother, Louise Spurlock Reynolds; Brother, Travis Seals Sr; Sister, Janet Seals Farmer; Several Nieces and Nephews that will mourn her, Nephew, Travis Seals Jr. and Wife Ashley; Children, Kaden, Conner, Jaxon, Gauge, and Grant Seals all of Rose Hill, VA; Nephew, Timothy (Mike) Farmer and Wife Caroline; Children, Etzio and Cecilia Farmer all of Ruckersville, VA; Niece, Tabitha Johnson and Husband Brad; Children, Peyton and Makenna. All of these were like her own grandchildren and children.

Visitation will begin on Friday, January 9, 2026 from 5PM to 7PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 7PM with Rev. Doug Daniel and Steve Daniel officiating. Burial will be Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 11AM at Day-Jackson Cemetery.
