Patricia Duncan, 66, of Harlan, passed away June 30, 2018 at UK Hospital in Lexington. She was the first Woman Police Officer sworn in in Harlan County.
Mrs. Duncan is preceded in death by her Mother, Daisy Marlowe.
Patricia is Survived Locally by her Son, Timothy Napier and Ex Husband, Donald Ray Napier.
Memorial Service will be held Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 1PM at Ages Baptist Church.
The family request that in lieu of flowers please make a donation to the funeral expenses.
