Patricia Ann "Patty" Robinson passed away peacefully Saturday morning, April 25, 2026, with her husband Jim Robinson by her side. Patty was born August 2, 1940, in Louisville, KY. She was the second of three daughters of Robert and Eleanor Hall.
After graduating from Butler High School. she earned a bachelor's degree in business from Murray State University. She was a medical Secretary, then retired as Executive Secretary at the Memphis and Shelby County Medical Society in 2002. A lifelong Presbyterian, she sang in the choir of various churches where her husband was stationed in his Naval career. She also volunteered at the pharmacy at the naval hospital NAS Memphis. Patty and Jim volunteered at the Food Life Service of Campbell County for 10 years. Patty's hobbies were sewing, cross stitching and working puzzles. She was a member of the Lafollette Town and Country Garden Club. She loved her family and her dogs.
Patty was pre-deceased by her parents and younger sister Jean. Survivors include her faithful husband of 60 years, Jim Robinson, son David Robinson (Rhonda) of Smith, KY; sister Eleanor Pryor (Don) of Central City , KY; Step grandchildren Jami Meadows of Coldiron and James Henry Long of Gastonia, NC; step great-granddaughter Sydney Cupp of Coldiron, Ky; nephews Jon Pryor (Rhonda) of Central City, Ky and Jason Poole of Lexington, Ky.
On Saturday, May 16, 2026, the family will receive family and friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM followed by a memorial service at the First Presbyterian Church, 110 West Ash Street of Lafollette, TN. the Reverend David Maude will be officiating. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to offer memorial gifts may direct t the First Presbyterian Church, PO Box 457, Lafollette, TN 37766.
