Phebe Creech

Phebe Creech, age 55, of Evarts, Kentucky passed away May 19, 2026 at the Highland ARH, Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She was born August 4, 1970 to the late Wade M. Cupp and Ethel Blevins.

Phebe was known as the big sister of the family. She loved watching movies, sewing, playing piano, and loved church. She was of the Pentecostal faith.

Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her brother, Anthony Cupp.

She is survived by her brother Justin Cupp and wife, Bobbie, four nieces, Tiffany, Elizabeth, Emma and Natalie, six nephews, Mark, Jacob, Logan, Benjamin, Luke, and Isaiah, and several great nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Monday, May 25, 2026 from11 AM until 2 PM in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2 PM with the Reverend Bill Moore, and her  brother Justin Cupp officiating. Internment will follow at the Cupp Family Cemetery at Black Mountain with friends and family service as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made toward funeral expenses.
