Randall "Randy" Rowe Jr.

Randall W. Rowe Jr., 47 of Harlan, passed away on February 12, 2026 at Turkey Creek Medical Center in Knoxville. He was born to Randall Rowe Sr and Sue Gross on May 16, 1978. He was a coal miner.

He is preceded by his Uncle, Carl Madon.

Randy is survived by his Mother, Sue Gross and Husband Rick; Father, Randy Rowe and Wife Naomi; Sister, Candace Sutherby and Husband Russell; Brother, Ricky Gross and Wife Ashley; Daughters, Chelsie Caudill and Husband Junior, Taylor Casolari and Husband Tyler, Randi Sue Manning and Husband Trenton, Autumn Rowe; Son, Jaden Qualls; Grandchildren, Brentley, Tanner, Melanie and Beckett Caudill, Ivory Casolari and Sawyer Manning; Special Aunts and Uncles, Dessie and Glynn Boggs and Wilburn Madon: Cherished Friend, Heather Thacker.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 from 12PM to 2PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will begin at 2PM also in the Chapel. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
