Mr. Blackburn is preceded in death by his Father, Joe Blackburn.
Randy is survived by his loving daughter, Tonya Roberts; Mother, Lilly Blackburn; Brother, Harry Wayne Blackburn and Wife Barbara; Sister, Tammy Gilliam and Husband David; A Host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Family and Friends.
There will be no services at this time.
