Robert C. Welch, age 81 formerly of Harlan, passed away on September 12, 2022. He was born to the late Otis and Roxie Mitchell Welch on September 14, 1940 in Harlan County.
Mr. Welch is preceded in death by his Parents; Wife, Lorine Robbins Welch; Son, Robert C. Welch II; Brother, Billy Carl Welch; Sisters, Jane Welch and an infant sister.
Robert is survived by his loving daughters, Regina McArthur and Husband Harold and Rebecca Johnston and Husband Edward; Brother, Otis Michael Welch and Wife Belinda; Several Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews also survive.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, September 24, 2022 at 11AM at Resthaven Cemetery. Harlan County Honor Guard will be providing Military Honors.
