Mrs. Robin Howard, age 62, of Wallins, KY, passed away on Friday, May 20, 2022, at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital.
Mrs. Howard was a homemaker and attended the Wallins Baptist Church. She loved cats, going to Walmart, and her grandchildren.
Mrs. Howard was preceded in death by her mother; Alice Randall, and son; Casey Howard.
Left to mourn her passing is her husband of 38 years, Clayton Howard, daughter; Misty Rouse and husband, Jim, grandchildren; Jimmy Rouse and Jacee Rouse, special friends; Von Pennington, Jean Saylor, Debra Slusher, two aunts, special sisters-in-law, and special cousins; Kim Blanton, Patty Gollick and Tempa Blanton.
