Wanda Sue Allen

Mrs. Wanda Sue Allen, age 75 of Baxter, Kentucky, passed away on August 14, 2020. The daughter of Edgar Allen and Lucille Osborne Crawford, Mrs. Allen, was born on September 8, 1944, in Alva, Kentucky and was a life-long believer of the Holiness faith and she was a member of the Cawood Pentecostal Holiness Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers: Doug, Glen, Gene, and Bobby Crawford.

Mrs. Allen is survived by her children, Kim and Alan Harris, Bo and Ashley Allen, and Teresa and Mitchell Cain. Eight grandchildren; Matthew and Caroline Harris, Cory and Megan Harris, Heather and Rodney Hoover, Derek Allen, Sausha Harris, Shanna Harris, Grayson Allen, and Reese Allen. Great Grandchildren; Braidyn Hoover, Rylin Hoover, Trystan Harris, Dylan Harris, Cammeron Harris, Caiden Harris, Karsyn Harris, Mollie Harris, Myla Sue Wehrman, James Ray Wehrman, Step great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Wesley and Analyce. Two sisters-in-law, Liz Crawford and Barbara Crawford. A host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.

Mrs. Allen's family will receive friends Sunday, August 16, 2020, from 5 PM until 7 PM at Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 7 PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home with the Reverends Jerry Collins and Lee Caldwell officiating.
Burial will be held on Monday, August 17, 2020, at 2 PM at Resthaven Cemetery.
