William Kenrick Bowling

William Kendrick Bowling, age 88, of Wallins Creek, Kentucky passed away June 11, 2026, at the Harlan ARH. He was born February 10, 1938, in Wallins Creek, Kentucky to the late Clayborn and Ava Blanton Bowling. He proudly served in the United States Navy and had been employed by the Massachusetts State Highway Dept. One of his favorite activities was fishing.

Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Eric Bowling, and sisters, Mary Bowling and Shirley Bowman.

He is survived by his wife, Charlene Bowling, daughters, Tammy Bowling Bentley and Ronda Bowling, grandchildren Kendra VanAuken, William Bowling and wife, Grayson, Erica Goodrich and husband, Kyle, and sister Jessie Sue Smith.

Visitation will be Monday, June 15 from 2pm to 3pm at the Wallins Christian Church. Funeral will follow at 3pm with Jim Johnson officiating. Burial will be at the Park Howard Cemetery with friends and family serving as pallbearers.
